Set Up Your User Account
Several of NY Alliance projects are available without a user account. If you would like access to the AI Learning Community, your organization will need to set up a 1-year, paid subscription.
The paid subscription grants all staff of provider organizations access to all materials included in the AI Learning Community. Subscription tiers are based on the total revenue reported on each provider organization’s most recent CFR data.

To begin, locate your organization in the list below to view your subscription status.
If your organization has a “Subscribe Now” link in the Subscribe column, you will need to establish the organization’s administrator account and pay the subscription fee.
- ADMINISTRATOR SET UP: One person from your organization should be designated as the administrator of your organization’s account. The administrator will set up the organization’s account and pay the subscription. They will also be able to set up sub-user accounts allowing all of your staff access to the materials.
If your organization has “Subscription Active” in the Subscribe column, then your organization’s administrative account has already been set up.
You will need to contact your organization’s administrator to set up your individual sub-user account. If you do not know who your organization’s administrator is, email [email protected] to request the information.
